No. NoBadge is not downloaded from an app store: employees install it from the browser and then open it from an icon, like any other app. In the menu, Install App shows the steps for Android and for iPhone or iPad; on iPhone it is done from Safari with Share and Add to Home Screen.
With location-based tracking, people can clock in only inside the workplace area. If the phone appears to be outside it, the app shows Location Validation Failed with a map and a Retry Check-In button. The administrator can check the address, widen the radius under Location or switch on Clock Outside Geofence.
Yes. If the phone has no signal, the clock-in is saved on the phone with the time it happened and sent automatically as soon as the connection is back, or with Sync now in the bar at the top. The app must have been opened at least once with a connection. A QR code clock-in is not saved offline: retry when there is signal.
