The NoBadge time tracking application and platform (nobadge.eu and nobadge.it) is operated by:
By registering for or using NoBadge, you enter into a binding agreement with the above legal entity. These NoBadge Terms and Conditions apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and employees accessing the platform.
By creating an account on the NoBadge platform, accessing the web portal at portal.nobadge.it, or using the NoBadge Progressive Web App (PWA) on any device, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
If you register on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these NoBadge usage terms.
NoBadge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law and, where applicable, EU regulations including the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive.
NoBadge is a cloud-based SaaS employee time tracking application that enables SMEs with 5–100 employees to manage workforce attendance digitally. The platform eliminates physical badges and costly hardware by allowing employees to clock in and out via smartphone using GPS location or a dynamic QR code.

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all NoBadge features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, the account transitions to a paid subscription or is deactivated.
Provide accurate and complete registration information including your business name, email address, and country.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify NoBadge immediately at support@nobadge.it if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Ensure that employee users invited to the platform are informed of these terms and of the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
NoBadge operates a transparent, usage-based billing model designed for SMEs. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions.
The standard plan is priced at €5,04 per active user per month. All features are included with no hidden fees.
Promotional pricing at €4,20 per user/month may be available for early sign-ups. Contact us to verify current offers.
You are only charged for employees who actively clock in during the billing month. An employee who is absent for the entire month generates zero cost.
For organisations with 50+ employees, custom pricing is available. Contact info@nobadge.it for a tailored quote.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. There is no minimum contract period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your NoBadge subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Data export is available before account closure. Contact support@nobadge.it to initiate cancellation.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via our payment provider. NoBadge does not store credit card information on its servers. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied in accordance with applicable EU tax regulations.
By using the NoBadge time tracking application, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
GPS Spoofing or Fraud: Attempting to falsify location data, manipulate GPS coordinates, or circumvent the anti-spoofing mechanisms of the platform.
QR Code Misuse: Photographing or reproducing dynamic QR codes with the intent to clock in for another employee (buddy punching).
Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users or organisations without explicit authorisation.
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the NoBadge application or its underlying infrastructure.
Data Scraping: Using automated tools to extract, scrape, or harvest data from the NoBadge platform without prior written consent.
Illegal Use: Using NoBadge to process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, or to conduct any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
NoBadge processes all personal data on servers located within the European Union. The platform is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable national data protection laws.

All intellectual property rights in the NoBadge platform — including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, logos, algorithms, and documentation — are owned exclusively by Innovazione su misura di Catana Petronela or its licensors.
Your organisation retains ownership of all attendance data generated through your use of NoBadge. NoBadge does not claim any rights over your business data.
NoBadge targets 100% uptime and operates on resilient EU-hosted cloud infrastructure. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Compliance Note: NoBadge generates attendance records that support compliance with working time regulations across Europe, including the UK Working Time Regulations 1998, Spain's RDL 8/2019, and Germany's Arbeitszeitgesetz. However, it is the employer's responsibility to ensure correct use of the platform and compliance with all applicable legal obligations. Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@nobadge.it. No cancellation fees apply. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
NoBadge may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay outstanding invoices after a reasonable grace period.
Upon termination, you may request a full export of your attendance data within 30 days. After this period, data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
These NoBadge Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the NoBadge time tracking application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin (Torino), Italy.

No. NoBadge operates on a month-to-month subscription with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time without penalties or cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you can export all your data before closing your account.
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export all your attendance data. NoBadge provides a full Excel export of all records. After the 30-day period, your data is securely and permanently deleted from our EU-hosted servers in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR requirements.
No. NoBadge's unique billing model charges only for active users — employees who actually clock in during the billing month. If an employee is on extended leave, sick leave, or simply not active for the entire month, their account generates zero cost. This makes NoBadge particularly cost-effective for businesses with variable headcount.
Yes. NoBadge is fully GDPR-compliant and hosted on EU servers. All personal data — including GPS coordinates and timestamps — is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
