NoBadge is a time tracking app for warehouses and logistics companies. Operatives scan a QR code that changes every few seconds on a screen at each warehouse entrance, and drivers clock in by GPS at the depot. Shifts, hours and overtime are totalled automatically, and you pay €5,04 a month only for each person who clocks in.

Three shifts, drivers leaving before dawn, agency staff for the peak season and more than one site. A clocking machine only sees the people who walk past it.
Queues at the clocking machine, forgotten badges and colleagues clocking in for each other. A badge terminal costs €800–€2,000 per entrance before installation.
Drivers who leave the depot at 5am or come back late end up on a paper sheet, rebuilt from memory at the end of the week.
Nights, Saturdays and peak weeks totalled in a spreadsheet. Manual timesheets carry an error rate of around 15%, worth €1,500–€2,000 a year for a 20–30 person business.
Everyone in the warehouse passes the same door, so the QR code time clock fits there. Drivers and staff who move between depots use GPS time tracking with an area for each site.
Any tablet, PC or phone at the warehouse entrance shows the NoBadge code. It changes every few seconds and cannot be printed, so a forwarded photo soon stops working.
Operatives scan the code with their own phone, from the browser, at the start and end of the shift. No queue at a terminal.
One tap on the phone. NoBadge compares the position with the depot area; a clock-in outside the site area is refused. Without signal, the clock-in is saved on the phone with the phone's time and sent later.
Hours, overtime and absences per person and per site, exported to Excel in one click at month end.

Modes are set per site and per person, so the warehouse, the drivers and the agency staff can each use the one that fits.
| Who | Clock-in mode | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Warehouse operatives | QR kiosk at the warehouse entrance | Everyone uses the same door; one scan at shift change, from their own phone |
| Night shift and forklift operators | QR kiosk at the same entrance | The kiosk works day and night; every clock-in and clock-out is stored with its time |
| Delivery and van drivers | GPS with a geofence around the depot | Drivers start and finish at the depot; set a wider radius to cover the yard and car park |
| Agency and peak-season staff without a smartphone | PIN kiosk on a shared tablet | Each person types a personal PIN at the entrance; no location is recorded |
| Shift leaders across two sites | QR kiosk of the site they are working at | Hours are recorded per site, so each warehouse gets its own report |
The QR scan needs a connection: in a basement or a corner with no signal, place the kiosk where there is Wi-Fi. GPS clock-ins work offline and are sent when the connection returns.
NoBadge cuts attendance admin by around 70%, from about 10 hours a week to 2–3 hours, for a 20–30 person business.
Shift templates per department, shifts assigned one by one or in bulk, and staff notified on their phone when you publish.
If an operative needs a different shift, they send a request and the manager approves or rejects it.
Overtime is calculated automatically from each clock-in by your company's rules, with rounding and weekly contract hours.
Each site has its own QR kiosk or GPS area and its own reports, at no extra cost.
Push reminders to clock in at the times and days you choose, and missed clock-in requests that the manager approves in the app.

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, UK employers must keep records adequate to show the 48-hour average weekly limit and the night-work limits are respected, and keep them for two years. Night workers must not work more than 8 hours on average in each 24, and workers are entitled to 11 consecutive hours' rest between working days.

A tablet, PC or phone at the warehouse entrance runs the NoBadge QR kiosk, showing a code that changes every few seconds. Each operative scans it with their own smartphone, in the browser, at the start and end of the shift. You need no clocking machine and no badges, only a screen you already own.
Drivers clock in by GPS with one tap on their phone. You create the depot as a site with an area around it, wide enough to cover the yard. A clock-in outside the site area is refused. Without signal, the clock-in is saved on the phone with the phone's time and sent when the connection returns.
It becomes much harder than with badges. The QR code changes every few seconds, so a photo sent to someone at home soon stops working, and every clock-in comes from the person's own account. GPS clock-ins store the position at entry and exit. No browser-based app can promise a 100% tamper-proof location, so corrections are reserved to the admin, with a note.
No. With GPS clock-in, NoBadge records the position only at the moment of clocking in and out, never during the shift or the route. It records working time, not journeys, and it does not replace the tachograph for drivers covered by the drivers' hours rules.
Yes. You create shift templates per department, assign shifts one by one or in bulk, and publish them: staff are notified on their phone. Change requests are approved by the manager. Each warehouse or depot is a separate site with its own clock-in point and reports, all on one dashboard.
€5,04 per active user per month, all features included. You pay after the month, only for people who clocked in: 15 people in October cost €75,60, 35 in December cost €176,40. Agency staff cost nothing in months they do not clock in. See the pricing page.
