No browser-based app can promise a 100% tamper-proof location. NoBadge combines several checks so that a clock-in from home instead of the client's building stands out.
- Geofence per client site — a clock-in outside the allowed radius is refused; the admin can widen the radius if needed.
- Corrections only by the admin — every change to a clock-in is made by the admin and carries a note.
- Position stored with every clock-in — answer a client query with the record of the visit.

Yes. Each client premises is a separate site with its own geofence, and NoBadge includes unlimited sites at no extra cost. A cleaner clocks in and out at each building during the day, and the live dashboard shows which sites are covered. Hours are totalled per cleaner and can be checked per site.
No. NoBadge is a Progressive Web App that works in the browser of any Android phone or iPhone. You send a link on WhatsApp or by email, the cleaner opens it and can clock in straight away. There is no app store download and nothing to install at the client's premises.
GPS is usually most accurate outdoors, so ask cleaners to clock in at the entrance and set the site geofence wide enough to cover it. With no signal, a GPS clock-in is saved on the phone with the phone's time and synced automatically when the connection returns. Where a screen can stay on site, such as your own depot, the dynamic QR code is an alternative.
No browser-based app can guarantee a 100% tamper-proof location. NoBadge uses location-falsification safeguards: a geofence per client site that refuses clock-ins outside the site area, the stored position and time of every clock-in, and corrections only by the admin, with a note. An off-site clock-in cannot slip through the way it can on a paper sheet.
