You sign up on the website: email, password, name and phone. Then the company name and how many people it has. No credit card needed: the free trial lasts fifteen days. You choose your sector, which gives workplaces the right name: locations, sites, stores. Then how employees clock in: with GPS from the phone, with a QR code at the entrance, or with a personal code. You can change it at any time, even person by person. With Activate account you are in. The home page shows what is left to get started.

First, the location: you search for the address on the map and choose the radius, the area where people can clock in. A hundred metres is enough for a building in town.

Then the people. From Employees, New User: first name, last name and email. In the second step, the location and the way they clock in. Someone who only clocks in needs no role. The invitation goes out by email, or you send it on WhatsApp, or copy the link.

The employee opens the invitation and chooses a password. That is all. Nothing to download from the app stores: the app opens in the browser, and is added to the phone home screen in a few taps. To clock in, one tap on Check-In with Location. The phone checks that it is at the location, and the clock-in is recorded. From the same phone they request leave and time off, or report a missed clock-in.

No. NoBadge is a web app (PWA) that runs in the browser of any Android phone or iPhone. The employee opens the invitation, chooses a password and adds NoBadge to the phone home screen in a few taps, without going through the App Store or Google Play.
With GPS, the employee clocks in from their own phone inside the location's area: outside the radius the clock-in is refused. With the QR code, they scan a code shown on a tablet, PC or smartphone at the entrance, which changes every few seconds. With the personal code, they type their PIN on a shared tablet. You choose the method per location and even person by person.
€5,04 per active user per month, all features included. An active user is someone who clocks in at least once in the calendar month: administrators who do not clock in are free. So your monthly bill varies: if 10 people clock in you pay €50,40; if only 2 clock in the next month you pay €10,08; if nobody clocks in you pay €0.
